Service is the “HEART” of our business.

Electrodes are applied surrounding the pain site typically on either side of the painful area. Electrodes are either disposable, 1 time use like a bandaid or reusable being a gel multiple application type. Other less common types of electrodes are rubber or silvercloth. In the case of back pain the electrodes are placed on either side of the spinal column and not directly on the spine. You should ‘bracket’ the pain site with electrode stimulation.

Timed treatments usually last 30 or 60 minutes. Unit must be manually turned off when ending the treatment while using the ‘C’ Continuous time tab. The effect of a TENS treatment may last for hours after you turn off the unit. Several studies have shown that the use of TENS may reduce the amount of drugs that people need to relieve their pain. Life can be pain-free.
